Banbury Village in Footscray is a strong example of urban renewal in action. Located alongside Williams Landing Station and with direct access to the Princes Freeway, the precinct sits at the heart of a growing community in Melbourne’s west, integrating residential, retail and commercial uses within a connected local network.
