Cedar Woods is thrilled to announce that 107 Overton Road is a finalist in the Property Council of Australia 2022 Innovation & Excellence Awards, as a contender for Best Office Development!

Located in the heart of Williams Landing, 107 Overton Road is a state-of-the-art emergency communications facility currently home to the State Government of Victoria.

Designed by national architecture firm Gray Puksand, the workspace spans 3126sqm across four levels and 92 car parking bays, and was purpose-built for the state government's 170 staff. Central to its design is its connection to local community and sustainability, accredited with a 4.5 Star NABERS energy rating and its amenities, complete with end-of-trip facilities and an in-house gymnasium.

We are honoured to have 107 Overton Road recognised via this nomination, signifying Williams Landing's status as a business destination for Melbourne’s west.
