Where does Cedar Woods build new communities?

Vibrant Modern Town Centre With Blue Sky

Where you live can shape the way you spend your day, from how you get to work and where your children go to school, to the parks, shops and places you enjoy on the weekend.

Choosing a community means thinking about more than the home itself. Location, transport, nearby shops and services, open space and the type of property available can all shape whether a place suits your lifestyle, budget and stage of life.

Cedar Woods creates communities across Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. Its projects range from residential land communities to townhouses and apartments in established suburbs. At Williams Landing in Melbourne’s west, residential neighbourhoods sit alongside a town centre with offices, shops and services.

Western Australia

In Western Australia, Cedar Woods projects span Perth’s growth corridors and established suburbs, giving buyers a choice between new land communities and more urban forms of housing.

In Perth’s growth areas, Ariella Henley Brook, Millars Landing at Baldivis and Eglinton Village provide land and house-and-land options in very different settings. Eglinton Village is a coastal community just three minutes from the beach and about 500 metres from Eglinton Train Station, while Millars Landing is only a few minutes from the Rockingham foreshore. Ariella Henley Brook sits between Whiteman Park and the Swan Valley, close to the town centres of Ellenbrook and Brabham.

Closer to established amenity, Cedar Woods’ apartment and townhouse projects include Incontro and Verde in Subiaco, as well as the Soko Madeley townhouse project. These provide alternatives for buyers who prefer apartment or townhouse living in established areas rather than a traditional land estate.

Victoria

In Victoria, Cedar Woods has projects across metropolitan Melbourne and Geelong, from residential land in growing suburbs to apartments and townhouses in established locations. At Williams Landing, homes are also close to a major town centre with offices, shops and local services.

Mason Quarter at Wollert and Somerley at Corio provide residential options in growing areas. Cedar Woods is also delivering townhouses and apartments in established locations including Kealba, Springvale and Southbank, closer to existing services, employment and transport.

Williams Landing in Melbourne’s west brings the different parts of the Cedar Woods portfolio together. The 275-hectare community includes residential neighbourhoods alongside a 43-hectare town centre with offices, retail, childcare, parks and community amenity, supported by a train station, bus services and direct freeway access. It also includes townhouses and apartments, giving people the option to live, work, shop and connect within the same broader precinct.

Queensland

In Queensland, Cedar Woods communities extend across Greater Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Logan and the Gold Coast, with a mix of land, townhouses and apartments.

Ellendale at Upper Kedron, Flourish at South Maclean and Sage at Burpengary each offer residential land in different parts of South-East Queensland. Ellendale is shaped by its natural setting alongside the South D’Aguilar National Park, Flourish combines homesites with parkland and walking trails, and Sage is located in the growing Moreton Bay region.

For buyers considering townhouses or apartments in established locations, Greville at Wooloowin includes townhomes and apartments about five kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD. On the Gold Coast, Robina Quarter is planned to deliver more than 400 homes across townhouses and apartments next to Robina Town Centre, with shared resident amenities and established shopping, dining and transport close by.

South Australia

South Australia shows the same breadth across established inner and middle-ring locations and future growth areas.

At Glenside, Cedar Woods has delivered a series of apartment and townhouse projects within one of Adelaide’s established eastern suburbs. The wider precinct combines new homes with significant trees, parkland and state heritage-listed buildings that are home to the South Australian Film Corporation and Adelaide Central School of Art. It is also close to the CBD, Frewville Foodland, Burnside Village and the surrounding eastern-suburbs dining and retail areas.

Within Glenside, completed projects such as Monarch, Botanica and Bloom sit alongside the current Sereno Apartments. At Fletcher’s Slip in Port Adelaide, Cedar Woods has delivered townhouses and waterfront apartments, with projects including Ancora and Marella. A future masterplanned land community at Mount Barker will add another type of Cedar Woods housing choice in Adelaide’s south-east.

Creating communities around how people want to live

The common thread is not a single housing type. It is giving people different ways to live in places shaped by their location, whether that means a coastal land community, an apartment in an established suburb, a townhouse close to existing amenity or a neighbourhood where homes, employment and services are closer together.

That reflects Cedar Woods’ broader focus on understanding how people want to live and creating places that support day-to-day life over the long term.
