Kadina parkrun launches at Bushmead

220704 BUSH Blog - Kadina parkrun launches at Bushmead 400x300

Almost 250 people turned out for the official launch of the Kadina Trail parkrun at Bushmead on Saturday, October 26, 2019. The Bushmead community came together to launch this initiative with one resident spearheading the program and a number of other residents volunteering on the day.

Runners were anxiously awaiting the launch to check out the new course in their local area. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive with runners enjoying the sealed path network, shade the surrounding trees provide and the scenic outlook of the retained bushland.

Check out the video wrap-up here.

Congratulations to all the runners participating in the launch and the volunteers for assisting on the day. We look forward to seeing you every Saturday at the Kadina Trail parkrun.
