We're pleased to share the latest construction progress at Clara Place, with significant milestones being achieved across the community as development continues to advance. From completed homes welcoming new residents to ongoing civil and building works throughout the estate, strong momentum has carried through the first half of 2026.

Stage 1
With residents now settled into Stage 1, the community continues to evolve with landscape streetscape maintenance underway. Nature strips and street trees have established well and are flourishing.
Stage 2
Stage 2 continues to make excellent progress, with home construction well underway across the precinct. The townhomes are now nearing completion, and new residents expected to move in soon. It's exciting to see more homes taking shape and the neighbourhood continuing to come to life.
Stage 3
Stage 3 is entering the final stages of delivery, with final inspections and compliance audits now underway as part of the Statement of Compliance (SOC) process. With these key milestones progressing well, the stage remains on track for titles to be issued in July 2026.
Stage 3A
Stage 3A continues to generate strong interest, with all lots now released to market and selling well. Behind the scenes, authority approvals are progressing as planned, paving the way for civil construction to commence in mid-2026.
Exciting updates for the central park
The central park is rapidly coming to life, with construction progressing well across this exciting community destination. Major works completed to date include shaping the park landscape, constructing pedestrian pathways and installing play equipment. On track for completion late June 2026, the central park will provide residents with a welcoming open space designed for recreation, relaxation and community connection.
