We’re excited to share the latest construction progress across Clara Place, as this vibrant new community continues to take shape. With homes nearing completion and civil works powering ahead, there’s plenty of positive momentum as we head into the second half of 2025.
Here’s what’s happening across each stage of the development in our June 2025 update.
Stage 1 – Homes taking shape
Construction of homes in Stage 1 is moving at a strong pace, with the very first homeowners now receiving their keys. This marks a major milestone for Clara Place and sets the tone for the community’s ongoing transformation.
Landscape works, including the planting of nature strips, construction of reserves, and development of open space areas, are scheduled to commence in Q4 2025.
Stage 2 – Civil works progressing
In Stage 2, civil construction is well underway. Kerb formation and pavement installation have commenced, signalling strong progress. The stage remains on track for titles to be issued in Q4 2025.
Stage 3 – Now underway
Civil works in Stage 3 have commenced, with drainage and stormwater infrastructure set to follow. This includes the installation of stormwater pipes.
Release 2 is currently selling, providing an opportunity for purchasers to join this growing community. Titles for this stage are anticipated in Q1 2026.
Central Park – Coming soon
A major highlight of Clara Place will be its centrally located green space, Central Park. This park will serve as the heart of the community and provide open space for residents to relax, play, and connect.
Construction of the Central Park is scheduled to commence in Q1 2026, and we look forward to seeing this important feature come to life.
Looking Ahead
Clara Place is evolving rapidly into a welcoming, well-connected neighbourhood, with new homes, parks and infrastructure progressing in line with our delivery timelines. We are committed to creating a high-quality community that future residents will be proud to call home.
Thank you for your continued support and interest in Clara Place. Stay tuned for more updates in the months ahead.
