From new homes beginning to rise to the early stages of the Central Park coming to life, Clara Place is steadily evolving into a vibrant and connected neighbourhood. Here’s the latest from site. ## A community taking shape Clara Place is entering an exciting phase, with more purchasers settling and construction activity increasing across the estate. In Stage 2, a major milestone was reached late last year with titles issued in December 2025. Settlements are now well underway, and it’s exciting to see the first homes already commencing construction. ## Progress across the stages Each stage at Clara Place continues to move forward, contributing to the overall growth of the community. **Stage 1** The landscaping maintenance period is now underway, with nature strips and street trees flourishing over summer and adding to the streetscape. ** ** **Stage 2** With titles issued and settlements commenced, this stage is transitioning into an established part of the community as homes begin to take shape. **Stage 3** Final construction works are currently in progress, with authority compliance audits being completed ahead of the Statement of Compliance. Titles and settlements are anticipated for July 2026, subject to approvals. **Stage 3A** Now selling following its first release in February 2026, Stage 3A is generating strong interest. Authority approvals are in progress, with construction expected to commence from mid-2026, subject to approvals. ## Central Park underway A key highlight for Clara Place is the commencement of Central Park, a future hub for recreation and connection within the community. Works completed to date include shaping of the land, pouring of concrete footpaths and installation of play equipment. Once complete, Central Park will provide a welcoming space for residents to relax, play and spend time outdoors. Construction is anticipated to be completed by June 2026. ## Looking ahead With homes beginning to rise, new stages progressing and Central Park taking shape, Clara Place continues to grow into a place people will be proud to call home.
