Celebrating our first settlements at Flourish South Maclean

We are excited to announce that the first settlements for Flourish, Stage 5, have now commenced, paving way for the community’s founding residents to prepare for the construction of their new homes.  

Located in one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing regions – South Maclean, these settlements will see purchasers begin to build their dream homes over the coming months.  

Stage 5 is the first stage to be developed at Flourish and is positioned south of the environmental corridor that flows through the heart of the community. Ideally located a minute's walk from the Pebble Creek Parklands, future Flourish Park and the planned childcare centre, Flourish is the perfect space for residents to enjoy their tranquil yet connected home lives and to grow their way.

In preparation of settlement, we invited Flourish Stage 5 purchasers to walk their lot, where they had a chance to meet their soon to be neighbours and see explore their new homesites.
