Sage Burpengary Construction Update – September 2026

Progress continues at Sage Burpengary as we deliver the next stages of this connected, nature-rich community in the heart of the Moreton Bay region.

With construction advancing across Stages 4 to 7 and another major milestone reached along Hunt Road West, the community continues to take shape as we prepare to welcome more residents to Sage.

Construction progress across Sage

Construction continues to progress well across the next stages of the Sage community.

In Stages 4 and 5, topsoil placement is continuing, footpaths are nearing completion and driveway construction is now underway.

Across Stages 6 and 7, the team is making strong progress on retaining walls, stormwater infrastructure, sewer manholes and road crossings, alongside preparation of the road subgrade.

These works mark another important step towards delivering the next stages of Sage and creating new opportunities for more residents to call the community home.

Hunt Road West reaches another milestone

A major milestone has also been reached along Hunt Road West, with civil works now largely complete.

Landscaping has commenced and will continue over the coming weeks, before progressing into Stages 4 and 5 with fencing, street tree planting, mulching and turfing.

These finishing works will help establish the streetscapes and green spaces that will connect the newest stages with the wider Sage community.

With works progressing across multiple stages, there’s plenty happening at Sage as the community continues to grow.

Over the coming weeks, construction will continue across Stages 4 to 7, alongside landscaping and finishing works throughout the newest areas of the community.
