We recently welcomed the future residents of Sage to explore their homesites in Stage 3B, the last release in Sage’s eastern precinct and ideally located just a short stroll to the future Sage Community Park.
Over 80 purchasers and their families attended our Walk Your Lot event, where they were greeted by bird song and a sense of tranquillity thanks to Stage 3B’s proximity to the retained 7.5 hectare ecological corridor.
There are 42 homesites in Stage 3B ranging from 300m2 to 480m2 , many of which will be fronting the future Sage Community Park, featuring play equipment, basketball / netball half court, a cricket net plus picnic facilities for all to enjoy.
During the event, the Sage team provided updates on the construction progress, addressing any questions regarding the development process and their upcoming settlement, to ensure every resident felt supported as they embarked on their home-building journey.
The excitement was palpable as residents made their way on to site and located their new homesites for the first time and introduced themselves to their soon-to-be neighbours.
With Stages 1-3 a sold-out success, the Sage team is working toward our next release, Woodlands, located in Stage 4 which will feature homesites ranging from 294m2 to 620m2.
