Meet Tony, our new Estate Sales Manager at Solaris

Meet Tony, our new Estate Sales Manager at Solaris

There is a new face at Solaris Private Estate! Get to know our new Estate Sales Manager Tony Buzzai as we share some of his tips and favourite things.

What’s your favourite thing about Solaris Private Estate?

Solaris is located in the fast-growing suburb of Forrestdale and well positioned to benefit from all the current and future growth in this area. It’s in a secluded position and the Forever Bushland that surrounds the estate adds to this special feeling of being nestled amongst nature.

You are surrounded by the established suburbs of Forrestdale, Piara Waters, Harrisdale and Cockburn Central and spoilt for choice with many amenities, attractions, services and facilities within short distances. Cockburn Gateway Shopping City, Harrisdale Shopping Centre, Haynes Shopping Centre & Livingston Marketplace are only a short drive away. Solaris is also in the catchment area of the Harrisdale Senior High School and Forrestdale Primary School, which are within a short driving distance.

What are you most looking forward to seeing at Solaris?

Seeing the community grow as the estate develops and more houses get built. Uncovering the Forever Bushland as we move into the future stages and seeing the revegetation works commence plus future parks come to life.

Why are you passionate about the property industry?

I have been involved in the property industry for about 30 years now and I love meeting people and families who are looking to buy or build their new dream home. It gives me a lot of satisfaction in helping them achieve this through their property journey.

Tell us a bit about your career until now?

I started in the real estate industry about 30 years ago selling residential houses and some commercial properties.

I joined the Cedar Woods Properties team in 2004 and have been involved in selling land in a few projects such as Cambridge Waters in Canning Vale, The Rivergums in Baldivis, The Brook at Byford plus Byford on the Scarp in Byford and Harrisdale Green in Harrisdale.

The main project I have been looking after since 2006 is The Rivergums in Baldivis until recently and now I am looking forward to dealing with the Solaris Private Estate in Forrestdale.

Any tips for those moving to the area?

Explore your new local restaurants, shops and enjoy your new community. You can enjoy places such as The Gate Bar & Bistro, Timber Café, Zarraffa's Coffee Canning Vale plus Tribeca & Co.

I encourage you to come along to our ongoing events, so you can meet your neighbours before you even move in.

What's your favourite local places to visit?

Banjup Local is a community favourite. It is located just around the corner from Solaris and has lots of room for your kids to run around and enjoy seeing the animals. They also do good coffee and delicious, sweet treats.

Napoli Mercato is a specialty Italian grocer that provides quality food and fresh produce but also a meeting place for people to share a cup of coffee and sweets. They stock selected specialty imports, smallgoods and cheeses plus they have traditional Italian pastries, biscuits and gelato.

What are your hobbies outside of work?
  • Catching up with family and friends over lunch or dinner.
  • Going for walks along the beach and bush walks.
  • Watching comedy and theatre shows.
