The area is growing! This time with approved plans for another shopping centre just a few minutes drive from Solaris.
Plans include a supermarket, retail shops, a gym, liquor store, four fast food outlets and a BP service station.
Catering for up to 92 children, a large child care centre is also part of the approved development application.
Located in Piara Waters fronting Erade Drive, the shopping centre is said to be a $10.2million development and will bring welcomed foot traffic to those already operating near by.
