On Saturday 27th March, Solaris Private Estate hosted its second purchaser event with a Solaris Sundowner, where future residents were able to meet and mingle with their soon-to-be neighbours.
The afternoon commenced with a group activity, grouping residents together based on common interests or hobbies. This allowed residents to identify neighbours that share similar traits as them and encourage interaction.
From there, walking tours commenced and residents were lead on a tour around the estate by the projects Senior Development Manager, Preston O'Keefe. Residents were able to hear about the future plans for Solaris including the stage 2 park and ask any questions they had about the communities construction.
Community boards were introduced where the Solaris team could learn more about Solaris' future residents, why they chose a Cedar Woods community and how they wish to interact with their neighbours in the future.
Residents were also encouraged to mingle further with question cards provided and all completed cards going into a draw to win vouchers to local experiences, shops and café's.
The Solaris community is starting to take shape, and this event was a great success, with many residents already underway with the build of their home, our future residents enjoyed swapping stories, tips and even inviting each other to their house warming parties!
