Following its successful completion and settlement, last week Cedar Woods welcomed the new Emergency Communications Facility to its home in Williams Landing.
Located at the heart of this commercial precinct, the new building will see 170 people move from working in Melbourne's Docklands to the new purpose-built facility.
It has been leased to the Assistant Treasurer for and on behalf of the State Government of Victoria.
This project is a credit to the Cedar Woods team, the Victorian State Government and builder partner Hacer.

With continued investment in the west, Cedar Woods holds a pipeline of sites which will be developed over the next 10 years. This includes two major projects, 1 Kendall Street and 95 Overton Road, which have recently launched and are available for pre-lease.
