Elena and her husband made the momentous change to downsizer from their large family home, big block and pool into a townhome. While a big step, they are excited for the new lifestyle change.

“When you’re downsizing you have to sacrifice indoor space, but it’s the large balcony – we’re looking forward to setting it up as an extra entertaining space.”

Sandra and Steven were concerned about downsizing into a smaller home, however, once they fully understood the apartment floorplans, they were pleasantly surprised by the additional outdoor area on offer.

“I feel like I’ve come home to a holiday destination. Feels so comfortable and so welcoming.”

Fiona and Rod chose to buy a block of land and build a new home. Surrounded by great amenities and tranquil open spaces, they love their community. So much so that their son is now joining them!
