We are delighted to announce that the first settlements at Mason Quarter have been achieved, making way for homebuyers to progress into builder appointment and construction.
Located in the growing suburb of Wollert in Melbourne’s north, these settlements will see purchasers begin to design and deliver their dream homes over the coming months.
Stage 3’s large lot sizes were a particular drawcard for purchaser Sonam Walia, who will be living at Mason Quarter with her partner and two children:
“We’ve lived in the area for 15 years, so when it came time to build our dream home, we knew we wanted to stay close-by…and Mason Quarter ticked all the boxes. Our lot is large enough to comfortably fit a double storey home that will have more than enough room for everyone to have their own space as the kids get older - I can’t wait to see our plans come to life,” said Sonam.
To celebrate the occasion, we invited purchasers to tour their land lots at Mason Quarter this week, where they received their welcome gifts and took their first steps on the sites of their new homes.
Cedar Woods’ Victorian Development Director James Bovell says that these site visits are an exciting and rewarding experience for both the homebuyers as well as the Cedar Woods team, particularly when they are the first milestone to occur for a development:
“We get to experience the purchasers’ joy alongside them as the reality of their new home journey starts to sink in - it’s rewarding to see the site and all its potential through the eyes of our community, who are the backbone of our developments. With these settlements, we are one step closer to welcoming the first residents to Mason Quarter.”
With over 60 lots titled and 270 lots currently under construction across the project, Stage 1 and 3 marks the first of many stages expected to settle in the coming months.
Once complete, Mason Quarter will accommodate approximately 800 dwellings, a 7.9-hectare conservation reserve and over 30 distributed river red gum reserves, with infrastructure works currently underway for the Wollert Andrews Road P-6 Primary School (interim name) - and a proposed non-government school included in the masterplan.
